Opinion of this Job position
The requirements clearly indicate that the job is for an experienced person with organizational ability and experience. It isn’t a job for newcomers and fresh graduates. Are you somebody who has been involved in managing learning for corporate organizations? Ideally the person should be one who is comfortable organizing training and educational events, and who is also knowledgeable and experienced in related activities in Nigeria’s energy and power sector.
Assessing the job criteria in the UNOPS
announcement shows that there is an assumption that the candidate will
have experience in managing projects since the training assignments are
also project assignments. The job specifications also indicate that the
candidate must also have the ability to network and liaise effectively
with partnering organizations and their officials. The candidate should
also be comfortable working with an international organization. The
opportunity is short term as the initial job duration is 4
months with the possibility of renewal.
